  8. Be sure to ask how many candidates the recruiter submits per search?
  9. What mechanisms has the recruiter put in place to distinguish their candidates from another recruiter’s candidates?
  10.  Is this position that the recruiter is submitting you for a “split”?
  11. How many other candidates is the Hiring Authority seeing?
  12. Does the recruiter work with HR, hiring manager, or the VP/C Suite?
